❤️🤍💙🩵Our Mindful Goat Yoga program is a mindful movement and stretching yoga class for all fitness levels and goat enthusiasts! There is no pressure in this gentle class suitable for ages 6-106 years. Goat Chair Yoga available.
What is goat yoga you ask? It is a fun, relaxed, gentle yoga class in the company of adorable goats! It’s pretty difficult to take yourself too seriously when there are goats involved, which makes this class a great way to break away, enjoy nature, and relieve stress.
Classes are held at the Osterville Historical Museum, Ma, Cape Cod.
