About this Event
Mindfulness Hamilton invites you to an evening of connection, reflection, and collaboration as we come together to increase mindfulness in Hamilton. We will review the ideas from our last networking event and discuss ways to integrate those ideas moving forward. This gathering is open to anyone interested in mindfulness, mindfulness educators, meditation teachers, practitioners, and anyone interested in fostering well-being in our city.
Participants have an opportunity to engage in small group networking, meaningful conversations, and interactive activities designed to spark new connections and ideas.
Come together in community to connect and create! Help plan future events that promote mindfulness practice in Hamilton.
