Eleanor Baker is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics who serves as the Sports Nutrition Consultant for UC Santa Barbara. Since 2016, she has worked with athletes and active individuals in her private practice, Elevated Nutrition and Wellness, integrating simple, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle strategies with data-driven interventions, including lab testing. Eleanor blends a holistic approach with evidence-based tools to help clients optimize energy, performance, and long-term health. She aims to make nutrition simple and effective—whether you're training for competition or just living your daily life.
