We all live in a pretty busy world and sometimes our brains are filled with our day to day tasks and worries and sometimes it's too difficult to appreciate the present moment, ground ourselves and connect to ourselves internally.Creating any form of art is a meditation in itself and being in nature is calming and grounding. These afternoons are a free community event that will happen once a month for creative and non creative people to come together in a part of nature in Townsville.
The aim of this is to express and free our mind with the beauty of creativity, to be present with ourselves, with others and the earth.
