About this Event
Take a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature. 🌊
We’ll begin with a short guided mindfulness exercise to help us arrive, tune into our surroundings, and set a calm pace for the morning. From there, we’ll take a relaxed walk along the shoreline, foraging for natural materials such as shells, stones, seaweed, and driftwood 🐚
Using these found elements, we’ll co-create a collective mandala-style artwork in the sand, an ephemeral piece to be experienced in the moment before it’s returned to the tide, echoing the simple joy of building sandcastles as children.
This session is open to all, no prior experience needed. Whether you’re looking for a mindful start to your day, a creative outdoor activity, or a way to connect with others, you’re very welcome!

Nicola lives by the sea, deeply connected to nature and its healing power. Following a diagnosis of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, she transitioned from a successful corporate career to a more balanced, authentic path, where she provides business support to local wellbeing organisations and charities. She is a trained EFT practitioner and currently training in Journal Therapy Coaching.
