About this Event
Join a gentle, beginner friendly yoga session in the park designed to help you slow down, relax and reconnect with yourself 🌿
This is a calm and supportive space, perfect for anyone new to yoga or simply looking for a more mindful and unhurried practice.
This session is limited to 5 participants to keep the experience relaxed and personal.
The session will include light stretching, simple movements and guided relaxation. No experience is needed.
This is a free session as I continue to grow my teaching practice, and I warmly welcome anyone who would like to move, breathe and unwind together 🙏🏻
