I am inviting you to attend a Mindful Art Session where you will be guided through meditation to connect with your Inner self and let your creativity loose, using different types of mediums. Mark your Calendars for Sunday September 21 2024 from 1pm to 3pm.All materials supplied. Light lunch and refreshments will be offered.
Everyone is welcome. If you don't want to come alone, please bring friends and or family members. I do have an age limit, no one under the age 14. Mark your calendars. I would love to have you join us.
