Caring for someone can be hard. This session is a chance to step away from that for a while.

Mindful Art uses fluid art techniques as a tool for mindfulness, gently encouraging relaxation, self-expression, and a sense of wellbeing. You do not need any art experience or creative confidence to take part. The process is the point, not the end result.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we are inviting unpaid carers across Fife to take action for their own mental health, and this is one practical, enjoyable way to do exactly that.

Come along, breathe, create, and connect with others who understand what caring involves.
