Come and join for our annual Christmas social for all MINDFIT members across both studios! There will be mulled wine, nibbles and games throughout the evening. We'd love to see you there!
Tickets cost £3 with all proceeds going to The Listening Place - a charity that offers face-to-face support for people who are having suicidal thoughts, who our coach Claudia volunteers as a listener for. Christmas can be a particularly difficult time for many people so we want to try and raise some funds for this incredible charity.
