Your day will include:

* Time to walk, breathe and enjoy the surrounding nature
You’ll rotate through the experiences in small groups, keeping the day relaxed, spacious and personal.
We’ll then come together to finish with a grounding sound bath, leaving you feeling calm, clear and restored.
