Dreams and Manifestation - Feed the soul and release the body
MYR combines wellbeing workshops with daytime dancing - what more could you want!
This is an inclusive, sober event - come on the journey with us. We start by visualising hopes and dreams with some interactive practice.. The next step is to use Kundalini Yoga to expand your inner self. Once you are warmed up, the disco begins with DJs taking you to a higher vibration - so go on... feed the soul and release the body.
- 10.30am: Doors open - grab a drink and get comfortable
- 11am: Wellbeing Workshop: The Art of Becoming: Manifesting Your Dream Life - PLUS a FREE Dare To Dream Vegan Leather Journal worth £15. HOST Olivia Charlet
- 12 Noon: 30 min break for refreshments
- 12.30pm: Wellbeing Workshop: Kundalini Yoga for Expansion - HOST Sharon Leigh Terry
- 1.30pm: 15 min break for refreshments
- 1.45pm: Soul for the Soul DJ Papercut Tiger
- 2.30pm: House Upbeat DJ Ian Farrell

- Doors open to the public at 10.30am to give you time to get a drink and settle into your spot
- This is a Sober event
- This is a fully inclusive event
- Over 18's only
- If attending a workshop please arrive in plenty of time or you may lose your spot if the workshop has already started
- Workshops are 60 minutes long
- There will be a 30 minute break between workshops
- The event will end at 4pm
- We will not tolerate any abusive or disrespectful behavior towards any attendees or hosts
