About this Event
Mind Over Mood is for students who are struggling with anxious or depressed thoughts and are ready to take some action to change. This group meets once a week for 8 weeks and will use the book Mind Over Mood to guide change.
Date: Thursdays (weekly)starting October 9th to November 27th
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Location: In-person S1090
Mind Over Mood will help you:
- Learn proven, powerful, practical strategies to transform your life.
- Follow step-by-step plans to overcome depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, and shame.
- Set doable personal goals and track your progress.
- Practice your new skills until they become second nature
This is an 8-session group on THURSDAYS, September 25 - November 13, 2025
Once registered, you will be contacted with a form to fill out, and you will be asked to have a short meeting with the facilitator before the group starts.
