Join Kate for a 90-minute workshop designed to refresh your mind, body, and Self!This new monthly series, while providing community support, will help you stay committed to the health of your body and mind through yoga and intention setting. Move through a combination of energizing vinyasa yoga to boost your strength and endurance with calming yin yoga to help release tension and stress: both together creating a perfect harmony to return the body back to it's healthy physical state.
Following your yoga practice, wrap up with a journaling session and group discussion to reflect on the past months and set intentions for the future. Get ready to leave feeling restored, recommitted and inspired for the days ahead! Although it's not necessary to attend every month, each month will be appropriately themed and build upon one another.
What to Bring: Your yoga mat and dress in yoga attire. Self care Journal will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your favorite journal too!
