We’re bringing the community together again for our second Mind + Body Open House, and we’d love for you to join us.If you came to the first one, you already know the vibe — relaxed, welcoming, and all about connecting through movement and wellness. If this will be your first time visiting Fitness at KT, this is the perfect chance to stop by, try a class, meet the instructors, and experience the space.
Come hang out, move your body, meet local wellness vendors, and spend the morning with a community that supports healthy living at every level.
Free Classes for All Fitness Levels
Throughout the morning we’ll be offering free strength and yoga sessions, so you can try something new, get a great workout in, or simply move your body in a supportive environment.
Our instructors will guide you through each class and provide options for all fitness levels — whether you’re brand new to working out or have years of experience.

This event is about more than just working out. It’s about connecting with people who care about health, wellness, and community.
Drop in anytime between 9 AM and Noon, take a class, visit with vendors, or simply come check out the space.
