On Sunday, June 28th from 3–5pm, Olive Juice Beauty Bar is hosting Mind, Body & Menopause — a FREE afternoon event designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause who want real talk, real community, and (yes) really good views.
Here's what the afternoon looks like:
YOGA — We're kicking things off with a calming Yin yoga class right here in our space. If you've never tried Yin, it's slow, restorative, and genuinely made for this chapter of life. Class will be led by Kellyn who is currently the lead teacher at Yoga Six Highlands Ranch and has been teaching yoga for 22 years.
WOMEN'S HEALTH DOCTOR — Dr. Aaron Block of Cove Concierge Medicine specializes in women's hormonal health and is going to answer the questions your regular appointments never leave enough time for.
HEALTH & NUTRITION EXPERT — Join health coach Gina Wynn for an empowering conversation on menopause and fat loss, without extreme diets or exhausting workouts. Attendees will learn simple, sustainable strategies to support fat loss, boost strength, and feel confident again through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits that actually fit into busy lives.
SKINCARE IN YOUR 40s & 50s — Our very own esthetician, Cheryl Ince, is pulling back the curtain on what your skin actually needs right now and how to work with your changing hormones, not against them.
This event is 100% free. No catch. Just a really beautiful Sunday afternoon with women who get it.
