Are you curious about writing memoir or writing more from personal experience?
This intimate overnight retreat blends mindfulness practices with storytelling. Writers of all genres and all levels welcome. Through guided meditation, breath, embodied awareness, and generative writing prompts, participants access memory and lived experience. The pace is slow and spacious, allowing stories to emerge with care. Participants will experience an inspirational sound journey and will have plenty of free time to write.
