Sundays at 9am, treat yourself to 90 minutes of workout bliss starting with 30 minutes of good morning yoga flow followed by 45 minutes of strength training with cardio bursts, and finishing up with an ice-cold eucalyptus towel refresher and a 15-minute cool down stretch session.
