At Carve Your Own Path, we deeply believe in the power of community, creative expression, and connection for mental well-being. Our monthly casual craft gatherings have been a source of joy for our team, and now we're thrilled to invite the wider Copley and Northeast Ohio community to join us!
What to Expect
Featured Guided Art Project: Optical Illusion Art
Get ready to bend your brain and wow your eyes! In this fun, interactive workshop, you will learn how simple shapes and lines can create mind-blowing optical illusions. We’ll experiment with color, patterns, and perspective to make artwork that looks like it’s moving or popping off the page.
No experience is needed - just imagination and curiosity! This session is about slowing down, making art together, and enjoying a moment of creativity in good company. Take some time away from the noise and stress, and spend time with others in a safe and warm environment. All materials will be provided; you just need to be able to draw lines with a straight edge (assistance is happily provided if needed).

When you attend our Community Art Day, your ticket purchase or donation directly enables Carve Your Own Path to continue offering vital sliding scale fee mental health services to clients who need it most in Greater Summit County and the surrounding areas. By joining this community art event, you're not just investing in your own well-being; you're helping us make accessible mental health support a reality for everyone.
