No matter where you are on your health journey, this experience is designed to meet you there. Our friendly coaching team at will guide you through group workouts and share thoughtful programming tailored to your needs. Plus, you’ll receive valuable insights and support from , a Functional Nutritionist and founder of Breathe & Bloom Integrative Wellness, helping you weave together various aspects of your wellness in a holistic way.

Meet the Coaches
The MK1 Training coaching team brings expert guidance, motivation, and accountability to every session. With a focus on proper form, strength-building, and sustainable fitness habits, the coaches will lead group workouts, provide supplemental training plans, and support participants at all fitness levels throughout the challenge.
Eliana Serna Perez, Functional Nutritionist
Eliana is a Functional Nutritionist and the founder of , where she helps individuals heal their relationship with food, reduce inflammation, and build sustainable lifestyle habits. Her approach blends functional nutrition, mindful eating, and real-life strategies that support gut health, energy, and overall well-being. Throughout the challenge, Eliana will provide group health coaching, weekly meal plans, and a live cooking demo to help participants feel nourished, confident, and supported.
