Mind & Body Reset: A 21 Day Challenge

This 21-day Mind and Body Reset Challenge is designed to help you recover from holiday stress, reset after indulgent weeks, and build sustainable momentum through movement, nutrition, and community support. Whether you’re just getting started or already active, this experience meets you where you are.
You’ll be guided by the experienced coaching team at , who will lead group workouts, provide structured programming, and support you every step of the way. Participants will also receive nutrition and lifestyle support from Eliana Serna Perez, Functional Nutritionist and founder of Breathe & Bloom Integrative Wellness, creating a truly holistic approach to health and performance.
Meet the Coaches
The MK1 Training coaching team brings expert guidance, motivation, and accountability to every session. With a focus on proper form, strength-building, and sustainable fitness habits, the coaches will lead group workouts, provide supplemental training plans, and support participants at all fitness levels throughout the challenge.
Eliana Serna Perez, Functional Nutritionist
Eliana is a Functional Nutritionist and the founder of , where she helps individuals heal their relationship with food, reduce inflammation, and build sustainable lifestyle habits. Her approach blends functional nutrition, mindful eating, and real-life strategies that support gut health, energy, and overall well-being. Throughout the challenge, Eliana will provide group health coaching, weekly meal plans, and a live cooking demo to help participants feel nourished, confident, and supported.
