Bio:
"Fede discovered tango in 2009 after many years of salsa — and it was love! What began as a passion for dancing soon grew into a deep fascination with the music itself. With a strong musical background and many years on the dance floor, she naturally stepped behind the DJ console in 2016.
An experienced dancer who both follows and leads, Fede knows the dance floor from the inside. Her mission as a DJ is simple: keep it full and keep it happy. She reads the room, follows the dancers’ energy, and builds tandas that invite connection and emotion. While her heart beats strongly for the Golden Age, she enjoys seasoning the night with carefully chosen newer orchestras — because great music has no borders.
Based in Zurich, she co-organizes Milonga im Seefeld (one of the city’s longest-running milongas), supports the Zurich Tango Marathon, and is the monthly resident DJ at Zurich’s queer milonga.
She is excited to bring her energy — and her love for tango — to Ottawa. "
