This month we have a special Guest joining us. Anyone who was attending classes or milongas in Sheffield pre Covid will remember Gabriel! For those who do not... Gabriel is the founder of CUrITa and used to run the original Crookes milonga along with the other Sheffield tango teachers. It was Gabriel who convinced us to start a milonga in Crookes with a mixture of music to bring together new and experienced dancers.
As usual, we will have a mix of Traditional, Electronic & Nuevo Tango, all together on the same dancefloor. Music will be played in tandas with a TTVTTM format, so you know what is coming next!
From now on we are in the main hall so there will be plenty of space to accommodate all styles of tango, although considerate floor craft is still appreciated (no one wants a stiletto stuck in their leg).
There is a bar on site and we will be providing pizza at half time (head count for ordering the pizza is done around 19.00).

If arriving by car there is some free parking at the venue and free on-street parking nearby.
If using public transport you can catch the 52 bus from Sheffield city center up to Crookes
