Zumba Gold is a low impact, accessible and fun dance class for:
- anyone new to dance, returning to dance or fitness, including post pregnancy
- older active adults (it is actually a fallls prevention class with specific balance and mind moves!)
- people with an injury: no twisting or jumping
- neurodiverse individuals or those with disability or medical conditions who need to move their body for optimal health and well-being and keep their busy brain active in a positive way.
- people who find the regular Zumba or other dance classes too intense or not overly keen on so much electronic or Latino music.
I actually prefer Zumba Gold to the regular Zumba as there is more time to enjoy the music when you dance, there is a bit of salsa, rock n roll, meringue, swing, cha cha, cumbia, belly dancing, tango and flamenco!
Increase your strength, endurance, cardio capacity, bone density, flexibility, posture, mood, range of motion, balance, coordination,
brain function and 'live' life feeling young as you age!
Reduce aches and pains, falls risk, progression of osteoporosis,
