Join Jess, the founder of LiboRisk, for a relaxed Sunday gathering designed for service members and veterans who want to move their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and share meaningful connection—without rushing off to the next thing.
We’ll begin with a 1-hour Yin/Yang–inspired yoga class at 10:30 AM. This class blends gentle strength and mobility with longer-held, restorative postures to help revitalize the body while slowing down into the breath and present moment. Whether you’re returning to yoga, brand new, or just need a reset—this space is for you.
After class, we’ll head to Buccaneer Café (30 second walk) to enjoy coffee, pastries, or other delicious snacks and spend about 30 minutes connecting with fellow service members and veterans. This isn’t small talk for the sake of it—we’ll help make the connections intentional and meaningful. Maybe you’ll leave with a new friend, rekindle a yoga practice, or finally try yoga for the first time.
What to bring:
🧘 Yoga mat (we have some extras, first come-first serve)
💧 Water
👕 Comfortable athletic clothing
👟 Any shoes that feel good to you
Good to know:
- This yoga class is FREE and is military-specific, trauma-informed
- Café purchases are your responsibility
- All experience levels welcome
- Come as you are—no pressure, no expectations
We’ll move, breathe, sip some coffee, and head into the rest of our Sundays feeling a little more connected than when we arrived.
