Milford Waterfront 5km Night Run, Jog or Walk
Deck yourself out in neon, and let's embrace a fun, party atmosphere at our thrilling 5km night time event!

Join us for an exciting evening of fun and fitness at Milford Waterfront! We're hosting a special run, jog, or walk event to raise funds for a replacement defibrillator and for equipment to help keep our course in shape.

Hot and cold drinks available at the start and finish line. Feel free to bring along some cakes to share with fellow participants in our gazebo after the event.
While this event is organised by the Milford Waterfront parkrun team, please note that it is not associated with parkrun in any way. We welcome participants of all ages to come together and support this meaningful cause.

Terms and Conditions:
All participants must register beforehand, and registration will open at 5:00pm.
Please inform our registration team of any pre-existing illnesses before taking part for your safety.
A head torch is mandatory for all participants to ensure safety during the event. Bright clothing, especially neon, is recommended to add to the fun.
Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.
Due to the evening nature of the event, we regret that dogs will not be permitted.
Please dress appropriately for the weather, and wear suitable footwear. Some sections of the course may be wet and slippery.
Vehicles should observe a maximum speed limit of 10mph on the roads at Milford Waterfront. Designated parking is available near the starting point at Mackerel Quay car park.
