Hey everybody! We’re adding the Birchwood 10K to our 2026 list of events - it takes place on the 23rd August at 10am and it’s the flagship run for Spectrum Striders. There’s currently an early bird price of just £22 and all finishers get a towel at the end of the run instead of a medal. Coach Dennis, also a Spectrum Striders runner, has kindly offered to share a 5K-10K training plan for anybody that would like to do their first 10K. We’ll be meeting around 9.30am near Birchwood Shopping Centre - look out for the bee tees 🐝
