MileShyClub's next Couch To 5K course starts in ALL CLUBS week beginning 6th January. Mondays are in Bramhall, Longsight, Stretford, Urmston and Wythenshawe. Tuesdays are in Partington, Sale and Swinton. Wednesdays are in Cheadle and Chorlton. Thursdays are in Old Trafford, Salford Quays and Worsley. Fridays are in Altrincham. Come and get that feelgood feeling! You’ll have the support of your fellow runners and our amazing coaches and all groups have an optional WhatsApp group for advice, support and arranging those all important homework runs. We KNOW you can do this. Come along and give it a go!
