MileShy Meet Up is a FREE mental health support group with a difference - every session is structured around a health and wellness theme. We meet every Thursday at Coppice Library in Sale between 5pm and 7pm. We also have another group at Broomwood Community Welllbeing Centre in Timperley at the same time on Monday evenings.
