In 2023, Spear's virtual 5k, Miles Toward a Movement, proudly doubled its contribution to the APTA Minority Scholarship Fund. This year, we're going to break our record (again)!

The race will take place 'virtually' from June 6th - 10th. In addition to running, walking, or swimming, participants are invited to dance, practice yoga, play a sport, or attend a workout class. The choice is yours - all that matters is that you're moving!
