Miles for Migraine is back in Arizona for our 10th annual celebration of movement, community, and awareness!
This event isn’t just a walk or a run - it’s a day to connect, learn, and support those living with migraine and headache diseases. Come out to meet others who “get it,” hear from inspiring speakers, and visit with sponsors and local partners in our festival area.
Event Highlights:
* 5K Run (professionally timed)
* 2-Mile Walk (free to join!)
* Relax Option (free to join)
* Finisher medals for all walk and run participants
* Dress up in your best purple flair for a chance to win a fun prize!
Why We Move:
Funds raised will support Miles for Migraine’s free programs and services as well as local headache centers, including:
* Mayo Clinic Arizona
* Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s Hospital
* Lewis Headache Center at Barrow Neurological Institute
These funds help advance migraine research, education, and fellowship training programs right here in Arizona.
