About this Event
Miles for Mental Health is a community-led 50km charity walk along the Cleveland Way, created to bring people together, encourage open conversations around mental health, and raise funds for a cause that truly matters.
Starting early in the morning, participants will set off together and take on a stunning coastal route, supported throughout the day by organised checkpoints, volunteers, and a strong sense of shared purpose. This is not a race — it’s about challenge, connection, and showing up for yourself and others.
Along the route you can expect:
- A friendly start-line meet-up with music, hot drinks, and a safety briefing
- Regular checkpoints with water, snacks, encouragement, and support
- A well-marked route with guidance from volunteers
- A welcoming finish-line atmosphere to celebrate everyone who takes part
Whether you’re walking the full distance or supporting others along the way, the day is designed to feel inclusive, positive, and meaningful.
This event is proudly raising funds for Hope for Hann, with all donations going directly to the charity.
