Mildly Thriving x TogetHER – Galentine’s Get-Together 💗

This Galentine’s Day, Mildly Thriving is collaborating with TogetHER to bring together two friendly communities for a relaxed, feel-good day focused on connection, friendship and self-care.

Mildly Thriving is a community for people in their 30s, while TogetHER supports women in their 40s. This event brings both groups together in a welcoming, inclusive space where different life stages are celebrated.

The day will include:

A gentle group walk around Sefton Park
Time to sit, chat and enjoy a shared meal (optional)
A creative moment to make a heartfelt card for yourself (optional)

This is a low-pressure, informal meet-up. You don’t need to know anyone beforehand, and there’s no expectation to take part in everything — come as you are and do what feels right for you.
