Mikey Motion is a Glaswegian comedian and writer who finds humour in the messier side of life. From wild nights and bad decisions to recovery and everything in between. Before stepping on stage, he spent years deep in the rave scene, DJing and making comedy sketches that went viral online. These days, he’s swapped decks for punchlines, mixing sharp storytelling with a laid-back charm and a knack for finding laughter in even the hardest moments.
For our week celebrating indigenous medicines and psychedelic awareness, Mikey and friends present a night of comedy unlike any other. Through bold humour and heartfelt storytelling, he explores how psychedelics played a role in overcoming addiction and transforming his life. Joining Mikey on the night are two supporting acts bringing their own raw take on things.
