Mighty Oaks Memorial Murph

Welcome to the Mighty Oaks Memorial Murph!

Come join us for a day of honoring and remembering our fallen heroes. The event will be held in person at Fellowship of Montgomery (12681 FM 149, Montgomery, TX 77316). Get ready to push your limits and pay tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

Participants will take on one of two challenging Murph workouts:

1. Traditional Murph consisting of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, followed by another 1-mile run.
2. Modified Murph consiting of a 1-mile run, 100 bent-rows (sandbag), 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, followed by another 1-mile run.

Regardless of which workout you choose, it's a tough workout. But, it's nothing compared to the sacrifice our heroes have made.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this event is open to all fitness levels. Join us as we come together to remember and honor those who have given everything for our freedom.
