Reconnect + Rebuild: Breathing & Core Stability Workshop
Take a breath—literally. This 30-minute workshop on August 23rd from 12:30–1:30 pm at Goldfish Swim School- Northwest Hills is designed specifically for moms attending family swim time. Whether you're newly postpartum, pregnant, or just wanting to feel more in tune with your body, this class will guide you through:
- Diaphragmatic and brace breathing techniques
- Pelvic floor strengthening exercises
- Core connection strategies to support movement, posture, and daily life
Led by Maxine Eiland of Divine Mama Strength, this session will help you understand how breath and stability are foundational to healing, strength, and energy—especially through the motherhood journey.Stick around from 1–2pm for an optional Q&A session where you can get personalized guidance or ask any questions you didn’t get to during class. Come as you are—no equipment needed. Just bring your breath and curiosity.Perfect for moms while the kids enjoy family swim time!
