Mighty Kids Fitness Challenge

All kids are welcome to compete. Space will be limited fo each division. No prior strength training is required, just the love to compete and have fun!
There will be three age divisions:

5-7

8-10

11-13

Participants will receive a swag bag with goodies from our sponsors, t-shirt and participation medal. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be awarded for each age division, to include cash along with other prizes!

There will be 3 workouts and a floater challenge. The workouts will be announced in advance on our social media pages so the kids can train and be ready to compete.
