Join us at Clarity Yoga Shala for Midyear Reset, a session designed to help you unwind and rejuvenate.
You're invited to experience the science behind yoga, breathwork and meditation for invoking relaxation through nervous system regulation.
Research shows that enhanced oxygen improves brain functionality and intentional breathing improves dopamine and serotonin levels (feel-good chemicals) whilst reducing cortisol (stress hormone), so let's pay attention to the body, mind and breath together and reset midway through the year!
