The Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Ohio along with Amaranth Grand Chapter, Inc., Order of the Eastern Star – P.H.A., State of Ohio, extends to you a cordial invitation to attend the 53 rd Midwest
Regional Conference of Grand Masters and Masons and the 38 th Midwest Regional Conference of Grand Chapters and Eastern Stars to convene on Thursday, March 13, 2025 to Sunday, March 16, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, 151 W 5th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202 with the overflow for lodging at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, 35 W 5th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
The Planning Committees are diligently at work creating social events and hospitality venues to welcome and entertain you during your visit to the "Queen City.” It is imperative that you respond by the designated timelines we have established to ensure your visit is both pleasant and eventful. If there is any need for special accommodations (i.e., medical, dietary restrictions, accessibility, etc.) please be sure to inform us, so we can ensure your needs are met during your visit.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
The conference registration fee is $200.00 which includes two (2) luncheon tickets and one (1) banquet ticket. Additional luncheon tickets are $65.00 each and additional banquet tickets are $75.00 each. Any additional tickets must be ordered at the time of registration.
The deadline for registration is February 21, 2025; there will be NO LATE REGISTRATION ACCEPTED and NO ONSITE REGISTRATION. All mailed registrations need to be postmarked by February 21, 2025.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No registrations will be returned after February 21, 2025.
All Parking is available offsite in the public parking locations. The fees are listed below. Fees are subject to change.
Offsite self-parking: $18.00 to $29.00 and $39.00 valet parking
Bus Parking: $75.00 as space permits
