Dubuque Karate Club’s annual Fall Midwest Open Karate Tournament is coming up fast! It will be held on October 4th at Peosta Community Center, 7896 Byrd Road, Peosta, IA 52068…15 minutes from Dubuque. Below is the entry form. You can print it and mail it in for early registration which must be received by Saturday, September 27th.
