101 Sourdough. Hands on workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of sourdough. From feeding starter to fermenting, shaping and baking your own bread. What's included? You will learn the whole sourdough process, your own beginners guide, receive a jar of active sourdough starter, mixing bowl, a dough that you will make in class to take home for you to bake, and support. Bring your favorite beverage.
Registration closes Friday October 3rd or until sold out. Ideal if you are new to sourdough. During the class we will try fresh baked bread with spreads & butter. Text/email to inquire (563) 279-4075 [email protected] or if you wish to pay with Venmo or check, and save on website processing fees.
Workshop will be at the Peosta Community Centre Kitchen: Access through the back of the building, 2nd floor.
