About this Event
The 2026 Midwest Conference on Masonic Education will be held in Omaha, Nebraska at the beautiful Scottish Rite Temple in downtown Omaha.
This year our “theme” is A Practical Toolkit. The goal of the Conference is to provide
specific instruction or information on pedagogy and how to create/inspire Masonic
education and educators, rather than presenting topics on general Masonic philosophy or
symbolism. We are looking for presenters who will advance the Mission Statement of both
the Conference as a whole and our 2026 Event. These are:
• MCME Mission Statement: Since 1949 we have endeavored to: Provide a
communications and support network for our member jurisdictions. Conduct an annual
forum for Masons who have a vital interest in Masonic Education. Offer the opportunity
to share Masonic experiences, knowledge, and insights. Publish occasional newsletters,
communications, and the proceedings of its annual meetings.
• 2026 Conference Mission Statement: To provide a variety of practical tools for attendees to
return to their lodges, grand lodges, and other bodies with; to facilitate conversations that
will help transform the attendees understanding of Masonic education and, through them,
Masonic education as a whole.
