About this Event

Modern working days often place constant demands on our attention, energy and focus. When stress becomes part of the background of daily life, it can affect clarity, productivity and wellbeing - even when we appear to be coping well on the surface.

This practical 45-minute lunchtime workshop is designed to help you step away from the demands of the day, reset your mind and return feeling calmer, clearer and more focused.

Designed for busy professionals and employees with full schedules, this session offers simple, realistic tools you can use during your working day - not just during the workshop itself.

During the session, we will explore:

• How stress builds during the working day and its impact on focus and energy
• Simple techniques to calm a busy mind and reduce tension
• Gentle breathing practices to support clarity and concentration
• Practical tools you can use during meetings, between tasks or during busy periods
• A guided relaxation to help you properly reset and recharge

The final part of the session includes a longer guided relaxation (lying on mats or seated in a chair if preferred), allowing you to fully pause and return to your afternoon feeling calmer, clearer and more energised.

No previous experience is needed. Everything is clearly explained and fully guided throughout.


What to bring

Please bring a mat if you have one, along with anything that helps you feel comfortable - such as a cushion, light blanket or warm layer.

If you do not have a mat, simply send a message in advance and one will be provided for you.

Tea and coffee will be available before and after the session.

This is a supportive, professional space to pause, learn and restore your energy in a sustainable way.

Emma England is a Mind-Body Wellbeing Coach specialising in workplace wellbeing, stress management and mindfulness.
