Join us for some midweek mischief as we gather through the golden sunset and greet the Full Pink Moon. Let's have fun on April Fool's Day celebrating the sunset and moonrise together! We invite you to dress up in playful attire - maybe something pink? or come as you are to move and rediscover your inner magic. Secret Sunrise Ohio uses silent disco headphones, a uniquely curated (family friendly)playlist, and skilled facilitators to guide you through mindfulness, movement, imaginative play and connection with others. Secret Sunrise is a global guided movement experience celebrating life that usually happens at sunrise or sunset. Participants wear wireless headphones and listen to a live facilitator who guides them through a joyful, uplifting session. It's not just dancing -- it's about connecting with yourself, others and nature, and often held in beautiful outdoor spaces. Secret Sunrise started in South Africa and has spread to 21 regions and cites throughout the world, creating a community of joy, play, and self-expression. Think of it as a joyful fusion of meditation, movement, and music. Everyone of all ages and abilities is welcome. This is a family friendly event!What to Expect
The session is 60 minutes long, and will start with gentle mindfulness before you are guided to dance through a journey of uplifting music, incorporating playfulness, movement, connection, and joy. It is an experience like no other! When you arrive, you will be given a pair of wireless headphones, which will help you to truly feel immersed in the music and the moment, and hear your facilitator guiding you.

Location: Alum Creek Below Dam Recreation Area 5905 Lewis Center Rd, Lewis Center, OH 43035. We will meet on the green space behind Maple Shelter ( the first shelter as you enter the recreation area).
What to bring:
* A yoga mat or towel/blanket to relax on
* A bottle of water
* An open mind :)

We will be moving for 60 minutes, so please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you can move freely in.
