Join me for a midweek meditation. The session will start with our usual grounding and connection ritual followed by practising breath work techniques. I will then lead a guided meditation, the topic will be decided on the evening, whatever I am shown or drawn to
The meditation itself will last between 20-30 minutes, with a short discussion afterwards x. Hope you can come along
