This is not your typical workout, It's a soul tune-up disguised as joyful movement. Held in the sacred energy of Historic Old Fourth Ward Park, each session begins with calming 4-7-8 breathwork to settle the nervous system and bring you home to yourself. From there, we jump. Moving stagnant energy, releasing stuck emotion, and affirming ourselves with every bounce. We close with intention setting and a gentle cool down to align the rest of your day with peace, purpose, and clarity. Midtown Jump Club is a space for grounded joy, playful release, and collective renewal. Come move your spirit, not just your body.
