Set in the beautiful surroundings of a former rectory in Peterborough, we are offering a four hour retreat. Starting with two hours of Yoga with me, followed by a Thai lunch* (mixed starter and main course) with Tui from Tui's Food, ending the day with a beautiful meditation practice and a gift for you to take home. *Please note, we can cater for all dietary requirements, just let us know
