A gentle pause in the height of summer.
Midsummer has a way of pulling us outward — longer days, fuller calendars, more movement, more energy. Life speeds up, often without us really noticing.
This mini retreat is an invitation to pause in the middle of that.
To step out of the noise for a moment and come back to yourself.
We’ll begin with a grounding, slow-flow yoga practice to help you land in your body and soften the pace of the week. The class is suitable for all levels, with space to move in a way that feels right for you.
From there, we move into guided breathwork and meditation. Creating space inside, settling your nervous system, and allowing your mind to quiet.
Once you’ve arrived more fully, you’ll be guided through coaching-informed journaling and reflection. Not to push for answers, but to gently explore what’s present for you right now. What feels true, what needs space, and what you might be ready to let go of.
We’ll close the evening slowly, with tea, light snacks, and time to connect. These simple moments of conversation and shared space often become the most meaningful part, for me it is a sense of ease, warmth, and real connection. :)
The session is hosted by Lisa Lang, founder of The Kind🌿Root Space, and a certified coach, yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher. Her work brings together movement, reflection, and human connection in a way that feels simple, grounding, and real.
Spaces are kept intentionally small to create a more intimate experience.
