Inspired by Midsommar, this immersive experience blends breathwork, sound, and ritual into a powerful journey inward.
Midsommar is a celebration of nature in full expression. Everything is alive, open, and in bloom.
Beneath that beauty is a deeper truth, that even at the peak, change is a constant. It's a time of expansion, release, and transformation.
We begin with intentional yoga to open the body, create space in the breath, and prepare the nervous system. From there, you'll move into a guided breathwork journey, Norse-inspired EDM and Scandinavian soundscapes move with your breath, supported by layered music and rhythm, designed to ground, open, expand, release, and awaken.
The experience closes with a reiki-infused sound bath with instruments like gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, and other elemental sounds, allowing the body and mind to settle, relax, and fully absorb the work.
