The evening opens with cocktail hour, where market bites and a first pour draw guests into the world of Midnight Manila before the night deepens.
From there, the experience shifts.
Guests move into the main dining space for a six-course dinner unfolding within an environment that transforms around them. Light, motion, and atmosphere work in rhythm with the evening, carrying guests from one moment to the next as the story reveals itself course by course.
Inspired by the pulse of a night market and framed through a future-noir lens, Midnight Manila is immersive and transportive. It is a dinner built as an experience, one that moves between flavor, feeling, and scene.
