Midlife Women Wellness Walk

This is a relaxed and friendly wellness walk for women in midlife and perimenopause who are interested in improving their health, energy, and wellbeing.

Midlife can be a period of significant change, and many women feel more tired, stressed, or uncertain about how to improve their health. This walk offers a chance to go outside, move gently, meet other women, and have relaxed conversations about health and life in midlife.

This is not a fitness or a weight-loss group—just a supportive, informal space to walk, talk, and connect.

The walk will be at a gentle pace around the park and will last around 45–60 minutes.

You're very welcome to attend alone or bring a friend.

We will meet at the Weston Park Museum entrance, walk through the gates, and meet by the black streetlight. After the walk, anyone who would like to is very welcome to stay for a coffee or tea at the café.
